Group Personal Training is a great way to get in shape with others who are just as motivated as you are. Group fitness instruction provides extra encouragement and accountability, and is a great way to get the expertise of a personal trainer at an affordable price. You can also create your own groups by inviting your friends, family, and co-workers to join in. We have four convenient gym locations to serve you; Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, and Scottsdale.
In-Home Group Personal Training
We also offer In-Home Group Personal Training. This option is great for family or friends getting together in the convenience of their homes. No need for your own equipment; we bring everything that is needed. In-Home Group Personal Training is valley wide; Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale and Ahwatukee. It is all about what works best for you and your family/friends. We have convenient hours to suit your needs and our personal trainers are available seven days per week.
Group Personal Training maximum of 4 people
At Vimtrim we believe it is important to give each person the attention they need. That is why our group training is still personal! We are very particular in making sure the exercises are done correctly to maximize results and prevent injury. In large group classes, it is impossible for the instructor to give people the attention they need. We believe that quality is more important than the quantity of people in a class. The numbers that are most important to us are your results.
Personal Training is about the whole person
We all want to look good and feel good, but here at Vimtrim we cover all the bases; strength, flexibility, agility, endurance, and nutrition. We believe in helping our clients be the best they can be inside and out. Meaning, not only looking good on the outside, but being a healthy you on the inside through proper nutrition.
Group Personal training is highly motivational. Most life changing goals take hard work and determination; but life happens and we do not always feel like working out. Our trainers encourage, motivate, and make exercise fun so you WANT to be there. Once you see the results – you won’t want to stop!
