At Vimtrim we take a systematic approach to personal training. We perform a thorough evaluation to assess the client’s abilities and current fitness level. We believe it is important to start every client at their current fitness level and gradually increase workout intensity as the client is able.

Our trainers have the necessary knowledge and equipment to design a custom workout regiment that fits the client’s goals and needs. If the client has any limitations there are modifications for each exercises. In some cases we may exclude an exercise due to a physical condition or limitation. Reaching a client’s goal safely is our number one concern. Customizing the fitness program to each persons goals and needs is vitally important to achieve the desired fitness goals safely and effectively.
Convenient Personal Training
At Vimtrim we believe getting fit needs to be convenient. There are several options; we have personal training locations in Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, and Scottsdale. We also offer In-Home personal training where we bring all the necessary equipment and offer the use of a portable massage table so clients do not have to get up and down off the floor to do an exercises that may require lying down. Vibration Plate Personal Training
At our Chandler Cooper Crossing training location we offer training on a vibration plate. Vibration plate technology is amazing in its ability to stimulate the muscles, especially for those with limited range of motion or with ankle, knee, and or hip injuries.
Studies have shown that it has positive results with those with osteoporosis. It has also been sown to help with increasing blood flow to the extremities. Studies show vibration plate technology can help increase balance and stability as well.
