In less than 1 year Amy has lost over 110 pounds. She is a testimony that it can be done; no strict dieting, no counting calories, no shakes, and no diet pills! She was open to learn how to change her habits, so as to have a life style that would get the weight off and most of all keep it off!
She also made exercise a part of her life. It is one thing to change one’s eating habits, but even more powerful when someone changes their body at the same time. She gained muscle, increased her metabolism, and developed cardiovascular endurance.
For Amy it was a matter of making a decision. She chose to make a difference for herself. She invested in a trainer, she grew in her understanding of her own body, and now she has the tools to live the life she always wanted to live.
