Do you know what you’re eating? Here is a challenge for this weekend; go through your refrigerator, freezer, and pantry. Read the labels and see how many products have the following:
High fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, white breached flour, sugar (Major contributors of weight gain)
Mono Sodium Glutamate (MSG), Appertain (Major contributors to headaches and migranes),
Yellow dyes #5, #6, Nitrates, Sulfates (Major contributors to health problems, allergic reactions, and immune dysfunction).
You only have but one life and one body. Be good to yourself!
