Do I have to purchase meal replacement shakes and/or diet pills from you to lose weight?
Answer: No! We do not believe shakes and/or taking diet pills is an effective way to lose weight.

What kind of diet will you put me on to lose weight?
Answer: We are not going to put you on a diet. Long term, dieting does not work. We believe in gradual lifestyle changes, over time, is what’s best for lasting results.
I want to workout with my spouse, but his/her goals and fitness level is different than mine, can we still workout together?
Answer: Yes, in most cases the trainer will be able to train both of you at the same time. The trainer will make sure to cater to each person’s fitness level and goals.
However, there are some cases where the trainer will recommend training separately until one or the other is in better condition. There are times when someone may need the one-on-one attention from the personal trainer before transitioning to group training.
Is it too late for me to start?
Answer: It’s never too late to start!
True story: We had a client at the age of 99 years old, her goal was to be able to stand up on her own for her 100th birthday. After 5 months of training, she was able to stand up on her own with no assistance of any kind. The owner Chris James was her trainer. He was there at her birthday party and he had the first dance. It was one of the proudest moments in both their lives.
This is a perfect example that it’s never too late!
