Neenie’s Transformation Story
I was on bed rest for 7 months about 2 ½ years ago with my pregnancy and have had quite a few physical limitations and health issues since.
I tried a trainer last year, November 2015, who did not listen. He did not work with my
physical restrictions and was insulting. He gave me a very cut and dry diet plan with very little options. This experience was bad and I was skeptical.
My company sponsored an 8 week fitness challenge in June 2015. My coworker had been training with Jodi for a few years, had great results, and really changed her lifestyle. Naturally, I started training with Jodi, too. She has modified the workouts to help strengthen my limitations and is always making sure I am not in pain or hurting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I sweat the entire time. Jodi has taught me to utilize the treadmill in ways that I never knew possible to maximize fat burning. My personal trainer texts and emails recipes with nutritionally healthy options for the food I love as well as inspirational thoughts and pictures throughout the week. Ask about The Vegan Chocolate Mousse recipe; it is to die for. In moderation, of course.
My trainer has educated me more about nutrition and exercise in the past 2 months than anyone I have ever known. Changing my diet has not been difficult with Jodi’s guidance. I don’t feel like I am on a “diet” at all. There is a world of healthy options to replace anything out there, you just have to ask and know who to ask – “Jodi.”
Overall, my trainer is compassionate and extremely educated.
